Go out with a good attitude and take it one game at a time. Learn from your games and ask others for tips and help. Be open to help from other officials and most of all be personable with everyone. Keep wanting to improve and understand that it is okay to make mistakes - nobody is perfect. Just admit it when wrong and learn/grow from it.
